Our fourth fitout for Sourdough Sophia continues our long-standing collaboration, this time bringing a Scandinavian-inspired aesthetic to their Highgate bakery.

We crafted custom front panelling with a Nordic feel, paired with surfaces made from Smile Plastics. Behind the counter, we built shelving and bread racks with integrated LEDs.
