Designed with our close collaborater, Nina+Co, this restaurant fit-out blends traditional craftsmanship with bold material innovation.

We used solid elm and iroko for all benches, tables, shelving, and cabinetry, which featured hand-shaped interlocking bench legs and cylindrical table feet.

The bar and table surfaces were crafted from Smile Plastics’ “Quarry”, where we developed new hand-shaping techniques to create large roundovers, bullnose edges, and radii, which was a first for this recycled material.

This project led to an official partnership with Smile Plastics, recognising us as one of their trusted fabricators
